LEAR 25 The Learjet 25 is similar to the Model 24 but is approximately 4 feet longer, allowing for three more passengers. In 1970 both the Learjet 25B and Learjet 25C were released. The aircraft has two General Electric turbojet engines, retractable landing gear and usually comes with a refreshment cabinet and an optional toilet. Baggage is stowed in a compartment at the rear of the cabin.
Seating and interior styling in the Lear line varies according to the customization package installed, but always retains the streamlined flair and influence of Bill Lear, the founder. He is considered by many to be the father of modern business aviation and is credited with coining the phrase “jetsetter”.
